I am looking to apply for Visitor Visa for my parents. They had gotten a visitor visa which was from March 2007 to March 2017. Since the visa has expired, I am looking to get a new visa for them. On the consulate website, https://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/renew-visa.html, the criteria for dropbox appointment states that the visa should have been granted after Jan 1, 2008. Do you think if I apply for dropbox, they will still consider my parents' visa for dropbox appointment, even if it was granted in March 2007?
If dropbox is not an option, I guess I have to wait until March 31 this year to apply for a new visa?
