Parents traveling - need information on medical insurance

Hi,

My parents are traveling next month to CA. I've been looking at the health insurance packages on insubuy. The following conditions apply to them:
- Age 50-59
- Overall good health condition
- Traveling for the first time, and I am expecting a baby, so they may need TDAP vaccination here.
- Want some insurance that can cover them for emergencies

I've been researching both fixed coverage and comprehensive coverage plans. I have a few questions:

- Will both these kind of plans cover part of or fully any preventive vaccinations?
- Upon going over the benefits, I am unclear on how the Pharmacy covg works in both these categories. What is the copay/coinsurance?
- In fixed coverage plans, is there a list of in network providers that we have to go to?

Vaccinations or any preventive check ups are not covered in any of the visitors insurance plans anywhere. I recommend that they go through thorough physical check up and get necessary vaccines in their home country itself before visiting the US.

If you must get them TDAP vaccine in the US only, you will have to pay out of your pocket.

In fixed coverage plans, for pharmacy, there is a specific amount listed in each plan.
In comprehensive coverage plans, for pharmacy, they are covered just like any other eligible medical expense. However, as there is no PPO network, they would be considered out of network benefit.
