Looking for visitor health insurance plans that cover both USA and Canada

I live in New Jersey. My parents are coming to visit me after a week. They will also go to Canada to visit my sister. I need to buy health insurance plans for them that cover both USA and Canada.

I have been checking different health insurance plans in https://www.insubuy.com/compare/visitor.do. Some health insurance plans mention that they cover both USA & Canada. I just wonder if they really do it. If anyone has purchased health insurance plans for both USA and Canada, please let me know.
