Regarding visitors insurance

Hi,

I wanted to buy visitors insurance for my family travelling from India to US for a vacation. I am not sure if visitors insurance includes just the medical insurance during the stay in USA or the travel insurance (flight cancellation/delay/ medical attention required during travel etc) as well.

Also, can any of the members please suggest a good policy for travel and medical insurance? I would like to have good medical coverage for my family when they are there.
