Bajaj Allianz vs Insurance from USA for Parents Visiting to USA??

Hello,

I want to know what is major policy difference between Bajaj Allianze Insurance Policy for people travelling to USA from India on visitor visa compared to Insurance policy from USA. The reason is I do not know how good these companies are in terms of assisting solving insurance claims. I will really appreciate if anyone has experience with Bajaj Allianz's insurance policy either good or bad.

Please don't by any bajaj allianz insurance. Coz they are cheater .*After provideing all the document they regret my Claim no 2000062975. Bajaj Allianz is the name without fame.
