I, Dr. Ajay Raj Kamra, alongwith my family plan to visit USA in June and July 2006 for tourism. The details are as follows:

Ajay Raj Kamra(Male) 52 yrs DOB August 1,1953
Nisha Kamra(Female) 46 yrs DOB July 26,1959
Aanchal Kamra(Female) 20 yrs DOB February 26,1986
Apoorv Kamra(Male) 18 yrs DOB January 5,1988

We plan to leave India on June 2,2006 and return to India on July 30,2006. We would like to get comprehensive medical insurance for an amount of $50,000 per person. Kindly advise the best possible medical insurance plan. Also please inform the rates for $100,000 per person.

Thanks for the reply to my query.
I feel i will go for the $100,000 each and $500 deductible. If I have to take the policy from June 1,2006, what is the latest date I can apply? Will I get the receipt and insurance card at the same moment? Will it be through internet only?
