1. If there will be any change in the premium amount if the policy is renewed on monthly basis?
2. I see that the maximum duration of the policy is 364 days. What does it mean? I'm planning to process Green Card for my mother whom I am planning to get this insurance. If her green card is through within this year and if she continues to stay, can't this policy be extended? Or is there separate policy for GC holders? Please suggest how to proceed in this case.
3. Can the coverage be increased (for example from $50,000 to $100,000) during the renewal? Or will it mandate to get a new policy altogether?
4. What does the term "certificate period" mean? Does it refer to the tenure of the policy?

1. There is no difference in the premium. But if you want to for one month that means enter the effective date and expiration date for 1m. Then you have to extend your policy. You have to extend before the expiration date and there will be $ 5 extension fees whenever you do any payment.

1. If I opt for Patriot America Plus visitor insurance plan, can the same be converted into new immigrant plan when green card is applied? If it is not possible, I will prefer to take Atlas America plan for shorter duration (1 month or 2 months) until GC is applied. Please suggest better choice in this case.
2. My mother will stay in New Jersey and Tennessee states. Is there any recommendation in plan based on these states? I know that IMG plans cannot be used in MD.
