Atlas America Essential coverage questions

Hi Insubuy I'm planning to take Atlas America Essential for my mother in law who would be coming here(California) next week from India and will stay for 3 months. My question is if she visits urgent care, after paying $50 copay do we have to still pay 25% of the bill for the visit. Please advise. Thank you!

Thank you for contacting Insubuy. Once you pay the $50 copayment at the urgent care facility, for any additional eligible medical expenses the plan will pay 75% up to the policy maximum you select. If you have any additional questions please let us know.
