Liaison Continent - State Restrictions

Hi,
My son is travelling to New York from India on personal trip.He will stay in New York for five days.
I would like to know whether he can take Liasion Continent comprehensive plan for his stay in New York.
Our home address is in India.Also Indian Citizen.
In your Liaison Continent plan brochure you have mentioned State Restrictions:" We cannot accept an address in Maryland , Washington,
New York, and South Dakota"

New York is restricted for the Liaison Continent plan, there is several plans on our website www.insubuy.com that do not have the New York restriction. One plan that you can purchase is the Atlas America plan as long as you purchase prior to his arrival in New York.
