Good morning

I am looking to get medical cover from 10/16/17 to 10/30/17 for florida. I am based in the UK.

I have medical history to cover (see below) can you assist me in a quotation please.

Kidney and pancreas transplant - 09/30/17.
Not on dyalsis not on insulin.

Blood pressure tablets 1 daily.

History or retinal damage but currently not receiving any treatment in the last 2 years.
