US Travel Insurance

I am US citizen but currently living abroad, my husband and I will be visiting home for ~2 weeks and want to make sure we have insurance in case of emergency. We purchased Safe Travel USA Cost Saver from you last time when we were there, and want to confirm if this is still the right one to go with. If not, do you have any plan that is suitable for us?
