About Insurance and age limits

My father is coming to USA next month (March). He turns 70 in April. So when i buy him insurance now (Feb) for 4 months, should i say his age is in the 65-69 category or 70+ ? I see that being 70+ makes a lot of difference to the Insurance.
Please advise.
