Parents Arrived more than a month ago

Hi, My parents arrived here more that a month ago. I was recently trying to purchase visitors medical insurance for them. When I started looking for quotes at https://www.insubuy.com/, it mentioned something like "Prior insurance required" in the remarks section. Well they didn't have any prior insurance - does this mean I can't take visitor medical insurance for them ?

Rule for IMG products:
If the person is 65 years of age or above, you must purchase the insurance before arrival in the US, or within 30 days of arrival in the US or must have prior insurance. In other words, the person must not be without insurance for 30 days in US in order to buy the insurance.

If you don't meet this criteria, you can't purchase any IMG products.

However, we offer other products from other companies as well, all available at https://www.insubuy.com You can purchase them. (Exception: If you are trying to purchase $25,000 policy maximum, there is only one product and that is IMG Visitors Care. And you can't buy that if you don't meet the criteria mentioned above.)
