Insurance that covers US and Canada

My parents from India would like to visit Canada and USA(only for 3 weeks) for holidays upto 180 days only.

They are 68 and 72 years of age.

Could you be kind enough to send me a quotation for their insurance premiums as well as the details of the features of the plan as soon as possible?

Is there any plan where I could pay monthly by pre authorized payment instruction or do I have to pay lumpsum?
