Insurance for USA and Canada

Hello,

I was trying to buy insurance from your site.
My parents will be traveling in US for 3 months and Canada for 3 months.

Hence, I was not sure, what coverage Area should I select USA or International Including USA.

Or should I get two different policies?

You should choose 'International Including USA' and whatever policies you see will cover anywhere outside home country. That means, if the person is from India, it will cover any where outside India.

There is no need to purchase 2 policies.

I just got one more question.

From the website I understand that, when we go for the doctor's visit, we first present the insurance, if they accept it then no problem. If not, we pay cash first and then claim it.

Is the procedure same in Canada too?
Is there any network for doctors or can we visit any doctor? How does that work?

Procedure is same. There is no network in Canada.
