Maximum coverage for age 70+

My wife & I are US citizens resident in Alexandria, VA as well as here in France. We plan on bringing my non-US citizen 70 years old mother-in-law to the US for a visit of about 30 days. She is in good health.

Reviewing internet ads, most underwriters seem to limit coverage for those over 69 to $50,000. Can you propose coverage by a reputable company who does not have this limitation? If so, would you furnish me particulars including rates?
