Hi,
I need a little help here. My mother is 64 and is visiting me ( in North Carolina ) for 3 months. She has a Green Card ( Permanent Residency ). Is she eligible for Medicare and if so how do I apply for it? Or else which is a good Short term Health Insurance Provider? There are so many out there, its very confusing.
