Recommended Coverage?

Hi!!
Can someone please recommend a coverage for the comprehensive plan? i.e.
Is $50,000 with lower deductible OR should I get $100,000 with a higher deductible. In general what is the recommended coverage for someone who is in reasonably good health in the 50s age group.

This is more of a personal choice.

Some people say, even if my parent ends up going to the doctor once in 6 months that they will be here, it will be worth choosing a lower deductible as my out of pocket expenses will be lower.

On other hand, other people say, I am not worried about the small expenses and can afford to pay them myself. I am mostly worried about the large expenses. In that, it is better to choose higher deductible and choose higher coverage. I personally recommend this. In this option, you are taking little bit more risk upfront, but are much better covered in case of some big problem.
