Diagnostic X-rays and labs

I wanted to know what is covered under Diagnostic X-ray and labs, if a
person is admitted to ER, undergoes some X-ray to find out the cause of pain will it be covered under IMG Plan.

Diagnostic X-ray and labs is meant for outpatient visits.

Whenever you go to ER, everything that happens between the time you go to ER
and come out of ER is considered as one ER visit, and you get paid $300 for
everything that was done in that ER visit if you bought $50,000 coverage.
($200 for $25,000 coverage and $500 for $100,000) coverage.

My question is suppose, you go to the ER because of some severe pain, and
after the tests (X-rays labs), you found out that the pain was due to a
pre-existing codition, can this be included in the diagnostic X-ray and labs.

Please note that you only went for diagnosis and did not receive any kind
treatment for the condition.

If it was due to pre-existing conditions, nothing would be covered. Neither
the diagnosis nor the treatment would be covered.
