Changing policy maximum in Visitors Care

Hi, I just bought insurance for my parents with limits of 25000. I then realized its probably not enough. Can I extend the limits? They haven't landed yet. Thanks

Would you like to increase the coverage in the same product, Visitors Care?
Please send an email to admin [at] insubuy.com with your certificate number (VIC....) and mention that you would like to increase the coverage to $50,000 or $100,000 and that you authorize IMG to charge the difference on the credit card.

If you would like to purchase a product other than Visitors Care, send an email indicating that you would like to cancel Visitors Care. And then purchase a new insurance from https://www.insubuy.com/

Please note that any of this can only be done before the effective date of the insurance.
