Best visitors insurance

As I am planning to buy visitors' insurance for my mom and aunt visiting for
2 - 4 months from India, I find the following:

When I do the comparison on your site, I see a list of 5 companies that come
up for comprehensive insurance:

Protection America
Atlas Ameria
Patriot America
Visit USA and
Diplomat America

If possible at all, can you rank order these 5 companies for me for your
preference based on your experiences with claims with them (from complaints
you have received from many who buy insurance from you).

Please note that this will help me in choosing a better company to deal with
(assume the insurance premium amount is not a deciding factor)... note that
my mom does not have much of any pre-existing conditions, not that I am
expecting to file claims (god willing).
