Visitor health insurance for pre-existing conditions

I'm writing to check about Insurance coverage for my mother who intends to visit me from India in the United States for a period spanning anywhere from 1-4 months.

I reside in CA and like to have my mother visit me in the States, currently living in INDIA. She is 74 years old and she is currently taking medication for Diabetes, Hypertension and a Chronic Kidney Dysfunction. Although she is on continuous medication, she has not needed any hospitalization or surgery or inpatient services so far. I'm writing to check whether the Insurance Policy from your company will cover probable expenses if she has to undergo Dialysis treatment in the States? So far she has not required Dialysis or any inpatient treatment at any hospital, her only condition is that, she is on continuous oral medical treatment for Diabetes/Hypertension/Kidney Dysfunction, the drugs for which, she can carry along with her with current prescription from India itself. Please confirm what she will be eligible for, limitations and maximum coverage of benefits.

Unfortunately, any complications arising from pre-existing conditions will also be considered as pre-existing conditions and NOT covered. Therefore, if she needs dialysis, it will NOT be covered.
