Medical insurance for my in-laws aged 60+

My parents-in-law (both aged 61) are planning to visit us in Phoenix, Arizona for 6 months. I have no idea about the insurance plans available. Could you please let me know the options? I also want to know how insurance defines and covers pre-existing conditions. My father-in-law had 2 bypass surgeries (in 1984 & 1999) but he's perfectly fine now.

Thanks for the update. had one more query though. I stay in Florida so am I ineligible to take Protection America Insurance ?
In short is Protection America not available to Florida residents.
If so pls suggest me another insurance as during these 2 weeks I would be alternating between California and Florida.

I have another question before choosing the apprpriate plan. My father-in-law is diabetic and needs insulin. Does he need to bring 6 months of supply from India or can we arrange for it through insurance here? Please let me know.
