Pre existing conditions visitors medical insurance

Hello Could you please tell me if any of you Visitors to USA policies will cover a pre-existing medical condition such as Angina? If yes, how much would the policy cost? If no, do you have any recomendations for a Company who would cover me for USA travel with a pre-exisiting condition. (I have been given the OK by my Doctor to travel and can get that in writing if neded) Thanks
