Hypertension complications or stroke for visitors insurance

Dear Mr/Mrs: I would like some specific information regarding THE VISITORS LIMITED COVERAGE PLANS, since my mother (citizen from Peru) is coming to stay with me in NJ, USA on july 8th 2007, for a period of time of 6 months and I'm planning to buy the best Fixed coverage plan for her. My concern is: My mother is 66 years old and has a pre-existing condition HYPERTENSION very well controlled. In "The visitors coverage Plans" say that Pre-existing conditions are an exclusion; I can understand why, but my questions are: * Is an Acute condition such as STROKE, wich can be an acute consequence of an Hypertensive crissis, covered??? * Is a Miocardial Infarction covered? If no, please tell me which plan can cover them, so I can finally decide.
