Is there any visitor insurance that covers both in US and Canada. If so how do I find out the network of participating hospitals in Canada. Also if the visitor needs to consult a general physician, how much is required to be paid upfront.
e.g. for a 250 deductible 80/20 upto 5000, 50000 max option.
