Which Medical Insurance should i buy?

My mother is coming to visit my wife and i on 18DEC2007. She may stay upto six months. She is 50 years old. Which insurance should i buy ?

There two types of visitors insurance plans.

Fixed: Cheaper, limited coverage
Comprehensive: Better, more expensive
