Full medical insurance for visiting parents

Hi There, I am US citizen living in USA. I have applied for my parents GC as well, but it will take around 8-9 months for it to get through. My parents are visiting me and I want ot have FULL insurance for them - like we have here. They have ITIN number, but no SSN number till they get GC. How can we get FULL medical insurance with no or minimum waiting period?
