Renewal of visitor insurance policy

I should be grateful if you could help me.

I have been trying to renew my daughter’s insurance policy since Friday, but due to severe internet problems I have been unsuccessful.

I have tried again this morning and still no success. Her policy was due to run out on 22nd of July, hence the reason for trying to renew since Friday 20th.

I should therefore be extremely grateful if you would contact me today to enable myself or my husband (Mr Short to arrange to renew her policy over the telephone and give details of our credit card etc.
