Visitor medical insurance - with pre-existing condition

Hi,

I am looking for a visitor medical insurance for my mother. I prefer one that allows pre-existing conditions. Here is my requirement:
1. Max amount of $100,000.
2. Prefer deductible of $250.
3. Time of stay - 3 months.
4. Age 50-59.

If anyone knows about a good, reliable and affordable insurance company, pls let me know.
