Patriot America visitors medical insurance - need help

Hi Mr.Narendra,

I got your email from the immihelp discussions.

My parents are in US already.they arrived on dec 10th. is there anyway I can buy insurnace for them from the date they arrived or which will cover this whole month.?
I am looking to buy for both of my parents.
my father aged 66 years and mother age 50.

I saw a condition in the eligibilty requirements that the patriot america will not cover if the insurance is not purchased within 30 days of arrival.

Please let me know your suggestions

No matter what your age is, you can always purchase Patriot America before coming to the US, or within 30 days of arrival in the US.

If you are 65 years of age or above, you must not be without insurance for 30 days or more in order to purchase the insurance. Therefore, either purchase the insurance within 30 days of arrival in the US or have prior insurance that didn't expire 30 days or more prior to the effective date of this insurance.
