I got this information from a friend whose parents visited him in US from India. Our ma is visitng DesMoines for a 4 month stay with our children in US. She is travelling from Chennai in India and is 62 years old. Could you possibly send us the application and necessary paperwork to cover Medical Insurance for her during her stay in US.
