Hi, I am interested to buy a visitor insurance coverage for 9 mths to 1 year. This policy only covers specific clinics and hospitals which we can go to , right ? However, i could not find the lists of hospitals and clinics in the website? Could you able to foward to me the list of hospital and clinics in utah ?
