regarding visitor insurance

Hi,
I need to take insurance coverage to my mother-in-law . she arrived on 26th of march 2008. when I tried to take insurance on line it was not allowing me to me take as it has been more than 30 day since she arrived to US. I would like to request you to consider my case so that i can go-ahead with this insurance. I did not take any insurance so i don't have any details of previous coverage.
