  • Is IHC part of your PPO network?

Hi, I am trying to get health insurance for my parents who just arrived in Utah,USA today.I want to be able to take them to IHC (Intermountain health care doctors/hospitals) here in Utah. Could you please let me know which plan we should get for them.My father is 68yrs old and is diabetic. My mother is 62 yrs old. Please advice. Thanks,

IHC is not one hospital or Dr office. It is a group of many providers together. Therefore, depending upon which provider you want to go to, you have to look for that provider.

Please visit https://www.insubuy.com/visitor-insurance/ and next to each plan, there is a 'Provider Directory'. You can search for providers there.

Alternatively, you can ask the provider whether they participate in any PPO network such as First Health, Hygeia, MultiPlan or Coalition America. If you let me know which networks they participate in, I can tell which products would be applicable for that network.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
    Thanks & Regards

Unfortunately, insurance is not meant for anyone who is already sick.

Insurance company pays for any new medical conditions, injuries or accidents that may occur after the effective date of the policy. It does not cover pre-existing conditions.

          Hi ,

Thank you.The over the counter medications worked for my mother. She is better this evening.

We are trying to get the insurance coverage for my parents to be able to take them to the Dr for future that is if they fall sick after we get the plan.

Would you cover pre-existing diabetic condition though?

Could you please now recommend which plan to take that will include the following plans:

          Select health,UNITED,ETNA,BLUE CROSS,PEHT,SELECT HEALTH,FIRST HEALTH

          Thanks

Please look at Visitors Care, Patriot America, Protection America etc. at https://www.insubuy.com/visitor-insurance/
They all participate in First Health PPO.

None of them will cover pre-existing conditions. Read https://www.insubuy.com/visitor-medi...ng-conditions/
