Fiance visa insurance

To Whom it may conern, I am entering the USA on a K1 fiance visa. This is classed as a "non-immigrant" visa, with the intention of adjustment to "immigrant" status once married. I am from the UK, and am travelling to the US in 2 weeks. I am not sure if I am eligible for "immigration insurance" as i am on a K1 visa? If so, then is there a plan that you could recommend?
