Visitor insurance - Had hip resurfacing

My partner had a left hip resurfacing performed in March of 2008. She has had no problems since that time. we are looking to get travel insurance and have used your company previously. Where do we stand now with her being 47 and having had this procedure last March. She has no current problem and is not under medical attention for any other health issue. Regards
