Deductible difference in Visitors Care vs Inbound USA

I would like to know if the deductible amount in "Inbound USA" plans and "Visitors Care" plans is for the entire period of coverage (say 5 months) or is it per injury /sickness? Thanks

Inbound USA - Per injury/sickness. However, the policy maximum is also per incident/sickness.
Visitors Care - Per period of coverage. Also, the policy maximum is once per life time.
