Visitor medical insurance for pregnancy

We are traveling to the USA from New Zealand from 16 - 24 November 2009. At date departing the USA I will be 31 weeks 4 days pregnant and can get standard travel insurance here in NZ to cover everything except my pregnancy after 30 weeks. We will be in Las Vegas for 4 days at a trade show and then Los Angeles for 4 days vacation. Can I obtain medical coverage from your company for the 9 day period in will be in the USA?
