Emergency medicaid for visitor

My wife is currently in the U.S and had her return journey delayed due to premature contraction that threatens her pregnancy. She had to go to Emergency clinic and she was made to spend a night. We got a bill of over $4000. As I have read that visitors are entitled to Emergency Medicaid, hope it's use for this bill will not affect future visa applications?

When 45 million Americans don't have health insurance and the biggest cause for bankruptcy in the U.S. is unable to pay healthcare expenses, why do you think visitors are eligible for Emergency Medicaid?

They are not.

Even if you are somehow able to sneak into that, that would cause major hassles in future visa applications or entries.
