renewing parents insurance

Hi Narendra,

I bought Protection America insurance from www.insubuy.com for my parents some time ago. They plan to extend their stay and thus I need to renew their insurance. Should I renew from insubuy.com or call the Protection America administrator to extend?

Thanks a lot, Narendra. The website requires me to renew the policy for both parents while I need to extend for only one of them. I guess the only option I have is to buy a new policy again since renewal doesn't seem to work.

If you purchased a combined policy for both of them, you can not renew just for one person. You will have to renew for both of them. That is why we always recommend that you buy two separate policies, one for each parent. The total premiums are the same in either cas.e
