Acute onset of pre-existing conditions coverage in Atlas America

My mother (66 Years old) is planning to visit me in USA but she is diagnosed for meylodysplasia that sometimes causes the blood hemoglobin to be low and that will need immediate hospitalization. Will that be covered under "15,000" pre-existing conditions coverage that is offered by Atla America? Thanks
