Insurance for visiting Hawaii

Hi, My wife and I are visting the USA (including Hawaii) on holiday from the 17th December until the 15th January I am a cancer sufferer and I'm looking for a company who would be willing to give me (not my wife)medical insurance (with my pre-existing medical condition) for the duration of my stay in the USA. Can you recommend any companies who would be willing to do this? Your help /advice would be much appreciated as the time before we travel is fast approaching. Hope you can help.
