My sister is visiting from India in end of March 2010 and will be in USA
till mid September. She is 49 years old now and will turn 50 in august.

My question is can i buy the insurance for the entire duration of her stay
right now (her age being 49 now) or should i buy insurance till her
birthday in August and then renew it on her birthday (when she turns 50)
till remainder of her stay in US.
