Does Atlas America or any other visitor insurance cover preventive diagnostic tests?

Hi Mr. Narendra,
I would appreciate it if you can answer the following questions as it would be very helpful for me to decide on which insurance to buy for my visiting mother. I could not find the information anywhere:

1. Does Atlas america or any other insurance cover preventive diagnostic tests? For example, if we want to get a blood test or ECG done as a preventive measure, will it be covered?

2. In case of a pre-existing condition, like say diabetes, are the lab tests covered(not the treatment). For example if we want to get the blood sugar tested in a lab...
