Must have 3 years of experience with the following Designing Electronics and LE solutions required and demonstrating successful collaboration and leadership within a cross functional team and matrix management organization; designing solutions including, but not limited to, selecting Electronics and LEDs, creating Firmware solutions for microprocessor based solutions, selecting LED drivers, and selecting system controls to provide integrated solutions; developing engineering data in the form of Engineering Change Notices, bills of material, drawings, creating PCB designs with supporting files, test specifications, parts tracking and all necessary product deliverables for product release and successful factory product launch; designingsubmitting test requests and working directly with the testing group as necessary on any required followup to enable accurate reporting; working with design team at large to ensure all samples submitted for testing are compliant to Electronics Light Engine testingDFx documentation; reviewing functional specifications, project charters and competitors samples along with testing reports to ensure product is compliant to CEM; completing luminaire product scaling activities to ensure accurate and complete products specifications can be published; managing engineering documentation, ECRs, ECOs, calculations, and drawings using the Product Life Management and Financial systems. Design work varies from new product development to product enhancements, cost reductions, support CustomersFocus FactorySupply Chain as the needs of the business change; and continuously identifying and actively implementing process improvements related to productivity, quality, reliability, design, testing, purchasing, and manufacturing; to include sourcing new or alternate processescomponents, equipment, andor training of manpower.br br Remote work permitted within the U.S.
