Workers must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and generally perform manual tasks requiring physical strength. Standard bags of mulch, topsoil, and fertilizer weigh 50 pounds or more. Workers must be able to lift, cut open, and dump these bags. Equipment such as mowers, edgers, and weed eaters are heavy and require constant movement. Workers who cannot handle these items cannot adequately perform the job duties.br Some weekends and OT required.br Workers must be able to perform physical labor and constant movement, such as walking, standing, stooping, and moving of arms and legs, up to 8 hours a day. Workers must be able to perform labor outside in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.br We expect employees to be drug and alcoholfree.
