USA Visa Passport Delivery
If your visa has been approved, the consular officer will retain your passport at the time of interview. The visa will be stamped into your passport and returned to you by courier within 7 business days. Usually, the delivery will be much faster. Applicants may receive their passport in all probability the next working day after the interview. Most passports are returned within 2 - 3 business days of the interview.

Passports can NOT be delivered across the counter at the U.S. consulate. Timings for U.S. consulate to hand over the stamped passports to the courier may vary based on the work load, holidays etc. The U.S. consulate can not assure a definite turnaround time.

As the cost of the courier is included in the visa application fee, you don't have to pay anything extra at the time of the delivery. You will receive one passport per envelope as seprate tracking of every passport is required due to security and safety rules. There is no discount either for multiple passports/envelopes delivery.
