The Final and Filling Dates for India EB-2 has fallen back by more than 2 years. However EB-3 has shown some improvement but as of now both looks the same when it comes to filling.
The following October 2022 visa bulletin was released by the U.S. Department of State. The dates in the visa bulletin represent the earliest priority date that will be processed during the month the visa bulletin is issued. Certain high demand countries, such as China (Mainland born), India, Mexico, and Philippines have a much longer wait time compared to the rest of the world (ROW).
