No need to send Any Passport .Send only self attested copies of Indian Passport,US Passport,Renunciation Certificate , Address Proof ,Birth Cert...

For Renunciation you must send your Indian Passport. But for OCI not required to send Indian Passport. For minor if Indian Born same .
